DOI : 10.5146/jcpath.2020.65 Aim: Pulmonary Hyalinizing Granuloma is an uncommon lung disease suggested to be associated with an exaggerated immune response to an antigenic stimulus. In the literature, only one case of Pulmonary Hyalinizing Granuloma with Castleman"s Disease has been reported as far as we could find. We aimed to present this rare case with clinical, radiologic and histopathological findings.

Case: Twenty years old male who admitted with diarrhea and dry cough revealed bilateral multiple pulmonary nodules, mediastinal, hilar and mesenteric lymphadenopathies. Histologic examination of biopsies from pulmonary nodule and pretracheal lymph nodule with prediagnoses of sarcoidosis and metastasis revealed Pulmonary Hyalinizing Granuloma and Castleman"s Disease, respectively.

Conclusion: Pulmonary Hyalinizing Granuloma can be misdiagnosed as metastasis or other benign diseases like sarcoidosis, radiologically. Histopathologic evaluation should be performed for the correct diagnose of PHG and the associated immunological disease. Anahtar Kelimeler : Pulmonary hyalinizing granuloma, Castleman
