Özet

Introduction:

Clear cell (tubulo) papillary renal cell carcinoma (CCPRCC) was recently established as one of five new distinct renal tumor entities by The Classification Working Group of the International Society of Urological Pathology in a consensus conference held at Vancouver, Canada. CCPRCC comprises about %1 of all renal cell neoplasm.

Case report:

The patient was a 73 year old male .CT found a mass measuring 25mm in the middle portion of right kidney. The malignite was suggested and partially nephrectomy was performed.Microscopically the tumor composed of clear cell of low nuclear grade , variable papillary-tubular-acinar architecture(figure2,3). The characteristic linear arrangement of nuclei deviating from basal aspect of lumen was prominent.(figure4) İn immunhistochemical analyse following antibodies used; CK7,AMACR,CD10, TFE-3, RCC, Vimentin,WT-1.

Conclusion: we report here a new entity in renal tumor with a low malign potential. CCPRCC is a recently described tumor with distinct immunphenotype in 2004 World Health Organization classification renal tumors and added into classification in 2013 . İt also nedds new reports for understanding clinical outcome and prognosis.
