DOI : 10.5146/jcpath.2018.21 Aim: There are several lesions within testis parenchyma that can be confused with primary testicular cancers. Ectopic tissues macroscopically may imitate primary testicular tumors. Splenogonadal fusion is a rare congenital ectopia and occurs as a result of testicular fusion of the spleen tissue during embryological development.

Case: In this article, we report a case of splenogonodal fusion which was clinically thought as left scrotal neoplasia and treated with radical orchiectomy.

Conclusion: The case and possible pathogenesis of the entity are discussed. Anahtar Kelimeler : Testis, Spleen, Splenogonadal fusion
